1. DEFINITIONS

Further in the agreement, the Company means Amuse Zone Inc. and all its associates. The Customer means a person or a company who rents the Equipment. The Equipment means the inflatable unit, the air blower, the electrical extension cord, the soil tarp, ground stakes and/or sand bags.

2. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

The Company provides the Equipment in clean, working condition. The Company replaces non usable equipment. The Company returns the payment to the Customer if the Company can not fulfill promised obligations.

The Customer pays for the rent of the Equipment. The Customer uses the Equipment according to the manufacturer instructions. The Customer keeps the inflatable unit free of objects, footwear or clothing that may cause punctures, scratches or any permanent damage to the Equipment. The Customer keeps the inflatable unit free of substances that may cause permanent adhesion, discoloration or marking of the Equipment. The Customer does not allow any pets in the inflatable. If the Equipment requires repairs after the rent, the Customer pays for such repairs but no more then 150$ per inflatable unit. The Customer pays for the replacement of the lost Equipment. The Customer does not modifies, alters, attaches or detaches any parts of the Equipment. If the Equipment does not work, the Customer contacts the Company for help.

3. DELIVERY WITH INSTALLATION

When the Customer selects the Company to deliver and install the Equipment, the Company delivers the Equipment to the Customer on the day of the rent. The Customer is present at the installation of the Equipment. The Customer provides a location that is suitable for the operation of the Equipment. If such location can not be found upon the delivery, the Company cancels the rent. The Company returns 50% of the payment. The Company setups the Equipment at the location. The Customer does not move the Equipment without an approval from the Company.

The Company picks up the Equipment in the evening of the same day of the rent. The Customer personally hands over the Equipment to the Company. The Customer informs the Company about any damage to the Equipment. Upon the pick up, the Customer provides the Company with access to water and electricity to allow inspection, cleaning and removal of the Equipment.

4. DELIVERY WITHOUT INSTALLATION

When the customers select to deliver the Equipment without the installation, the Company delivers the Equipment to the Customer location in the morning of the day of the rent. The Company provides the installation, use and uninstallation instructions. The Customer setups the Equipment at the location.

The Customer cleans the Equipment before the uninstallation. The Customer uninstalls and folds the Equipment according to the instructions provided by the Company. The Company picks up the Equipment at the end of day of the rent. The Customer informs the Company about any damage to the Equipment. The Company checks the condition of the Equipment.

If the Customer has no previous experience in setting up the Equipment, the Company provides the instruction of the installation, use and uninstallation of the Equipment.

5. SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Customer acknowledges the reception of the manufacturer manual and the safety operation instructions. The Customer acknowledges the understanding of the safe operation instructions of the Equipment.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The Customer is fully responsible for the safe operation of the Equipment during the rent. The Company is not responsible for any injuries occurred to the Customer or to anybody using the Equipment. The Customer further agrees not to hold the Company against any injuries or claims. The Customer shall relieve the Company from any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for any reason related to the rent of the Equipment.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

The Customer can cancel the reservation at any time. The entire payment is returned if the Customer cancels before the delivery of the Equipment. Only 50% of the payment is returned if the Customer cancels after or upon the delivery.

The Company reserves the right to cancel the Customer reservation at any time. The Company reserves the right to terminate the reservation and remove the Equipment at any time.
